Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
- Acceptance and eligibility. By checking "I agree" and using RapidFetch, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. If you use RapidFetch for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it, and "you" includes that organization.
- Who we are. RapidFetch ("RapidFetch", "we", "us") is operated by RapidFetch, Pakistan. These Terms govern your use of the RapidFetch browser extension and website (together, the "Service").
- What the Service does, and your responsibility. RapidFetch exports data from YouTube pages you choose (video links, transcripts/captions, thumbnail links, and public metadata) into files on your device. It is intended for exporting data from your own YouTube channel and videos, content you own or control, and public data you are otherwise licensed or authorized to access — for example, creators managing their own catalog, teams operating their own channels, and researchers working with public data they are permitted to use. You represent and warrant that you own, control, or hold all rights, licenses, and permissions needed for anything you extract, store, or share, and that your use complies with YouTube's Terms of Service and all applicable law, including copyright. RapidFetch gives you a tool, not a license to anyone else's content; you alone are responsible for how you use it and what you do with exported data.
- Acceptable use. You agree not to: (a) use the Service to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; (b) redistribute, resell, or commercialize the Service itself or its raw extraction capacity; (c) reverse-engineer, or circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or technical safeguards; (d) use automated means to access our website or APIs except through the extension as intended; (e) use the Service to build or train a competing product; (f) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or (g) extract, download, or store content you do not own or are not authorized or licensed to access. We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate.
- Plans, fair use, and limits. Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Any "unlimited" allowance on paid plans is subject to fair-use limits — for example, a maximum number of videos per run and runs per day — and to any reasonable limits we set to protect the Service. We may set, change, throttle, rate-limit, or suspend usage at our discretion, and "unlimited" always means "unlimited subject to these fair-use limits."
- Billing, renewals, and taxes. Paid plans are sold as subscriptions or as a one-time Founding Lifetime license. The price and billing frequency are shown clearly before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal or by emailing us, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. For annual plans, we will send a renewal reminder before charging. Payments, receipts, and any applicable sales tax/VAT are handled by a third-party payment provider acting as our merchant of record.
- Founding Lifetime. "Founding Lifetime" is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro features for the operational life of the RapidFetch product — not the purchaser's lifetime, and not a promise that the product will exist forever. We may change, add, or remove features over time, and if we discontinue the product entirely, Founding Lifetime access ends with it.
- Refunds. First purchases come with a 7-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy (/refunds). We may change the length of this money-back window at any time at our discretion; the window in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it. Refunds are limited to one per customer, and we may decline any refund we reasonably determine to be abusive (for example, heavy use immediately followed by a refund request, or repeated purchase-and-refund cycling). A refunded Founding Lifetime revokes lifetime access.
- Changes to the Service. We may add to, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For material changes we will give reasonable notice where practical. We are not liable to you for modifying or discontinuing the Service.
- Intellectual property and feedback. The extension, site, name, and branding are the property of RapidFetch. Data you export from YouTube is not ours and not yours by virtue of exporting it; rights remain with the original owners. Feedback: any ideas or feedback you send us are non-confidential, and you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without any obligation to you.
- Third parties (YouTube and Google). RapidFetch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google, and "YouTube" and "Google" are trademarks of their respective owners. Your use of YouTube is governed by YouTube's own terms; you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of RapidFetch and of any exported data complies with them.
- Disclaimers. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, whether express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any specific data (for example, captions) is available for a given video. YouTube changes its site regularly, which may affect extraction.
- Limitation of liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, even if advised of the possibility; (b) our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100; and (c) any claim must be brought within 12 months of the event giving rise to it, or it is permanently barred. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
- Indemnification. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RapidFetch and its operators, owners, and staff from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Service; any content or data you extract, store, or share; or your breach of these Terms, of YouTube's terms, or of any law. We may take over the defense of any such claim, and you agree to cooperate.
- Dispute resolution, arbitration, and class waiver. Most issues can be resolved quickly, so please email us first. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and RapidFetch agree that any dispute will be settled by final and binding individual arbitration, not in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court or seek an injunction to protect intellectual property. YOU AND RAPIDFETCH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any matter not subject to arbitration will be heard exclusively in the courts of Pakistan. Nothing in this section removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your home country.
- Suspension, termination, and survival. You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or create risk to the Service or to others, with refund handling per the Refund Policy where appropriate. The sections that by their nature should continue — including Acceptable use, Intellectual property, Disclaimers, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, and Dispute resolution — survive termination.
- Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with an updated date and, for material changes, give notice on the site or by email. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept them; where the law requires, we will ask you to re-accept.
- Sanctions and export. You represent that you are not located in, and are not acting on behalf of anyone in, a country or group subject to applicable sanctions or embargoes, and that you are not on any restricted-party list.
- General. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect (severability). Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may, including in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any prior understanding. There are no third-party beneficiaries. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including changes made by YouTube or Google. Notices to you may be sent to your account email; notices to us go to support@rapidfetch.io.
