Creator Agreement

1. What you earn

You earn a flat 40% commission on the pre-tax amount of a referred customer's first paid payment for a RapidFetch plan. This is a one-time payout per customer, there is no recurring or renewal commission.

A Founding Lifetime purchase is a single payment, so it pays commission once. Free accounts, trials, and any payment that is later refunded or charged back earn no commission.

2. Attribution and the cookie

When someone clicks your referral link, we record a first-touch attribution cookie that lasts 60 days. If that person purchases a paid plan within 60 days of their first click, the sale is credited to you.

First-touch means the first creator whose link a customer clicked gets the credit. We attribute each customer to exactly one creator.

3. Refunds and chargebacks

If a referred customer's payment is refunded, disputed, or charged back, the associated commission is reversed and clawed back from your balance. If your balance is insufficient, the negative amount carries against future commissions.

4. Getting paid

Commissions are held for a 10-day clearing period after the sale before they become available to withdraw. This protects against refunds and fraud.

Payouts are creator-initiated. Your first withdrawal unlocks once your cleared balance reaches $50; every withdrawal after that requires a $25 cleared minimum. We pay via PayPal or Wise to the payout email you provide. You are responsible for giving us accurate payout details.

5. Playing fair

You may not refer yourself, use your own link to buy your own plan, or create accounts to generate commissions. Self-referral voids the commission and may result in suspension.

No spam, no misleading claims, no cookie-stuffing, no bidding on RapidFetch trademarks in paid search, and no unsolicited bulk messaging. You may not offer incentivized reviews or fake testimonials in exchange for using your link.

You must disclose your affiliate relationship clearly wherever you share your link, as required by the FTC and equivalent rules in your jurisdiction.

6. Suspension and changes

We may suspend or remove you from the program and forfeit unpaid commissions if we detect fraud, abuse, or a material breach of this Agreement.

We may change the program terms, including commission rates and thresholds, with 30 days' notice. Changes apply to sales made after the change takes effect.

7. Your status

You participate as an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of RapidFetch. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on your commissions. Nothing here creates a joint venture or employment relationship.
