We want RapidFetch to pay for itself in saved hours. If it doesn't, we'll give you your money back.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your first purchase of any paid plan (Pro monthly, Pro yearly, Business, or Founding Lifetime), email support@rapidfetch.io within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops.

We may change this window

We reserve the right to change the length of the money-back guarantee at any time, at our discretion. The window in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.

Subscription renewals

You can cancel anytime from your billing portal and keep access until the end of the paid period. If a renewal charged you by surprise, contact us within 7 days of the renewal date and we'll refund it.

How refunds are processed

Payments for RapidFetch are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as our merchant of record. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
